Ms. Natalie

Director / Support Teacher, Primary II

Ms. Natalie was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. She has been a lead teacher since 2007, and has been involved in Montessori education since 1999. Ms. Natalie has her American Montessori Society certification, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, and is a certified Music Together Instructor. She is currently training to serve as a certified dyslexia tutor, using the Barton method. Ms. Natalie enjoys playing with her daughter, watching documentaries, hiking and working out.


Ms. Mariela

Financial Mngr/ Support Teacher Primary I

Ms. Mariela is originally from Chile. She is a Certified Spanish and AMS Montessori teacher. Along with a Bachelor of Business, she has her Masters in Education and 14 years of experience in bilingual education. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.


Ms. Ting

Mandarin Teacher

Ms. Ting was born and raised in Taiwan. She completed her bachelor’s degree in “Teaching Chinese (Mandarin) as a Foreign Language” at Shanghai International Studies University in China and then pursued her master’s degree in “Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages” at Arizona State University. She joined the Casa Del Niño family in 2020 as a Mandarin Teacher. She enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and making desserts with friends.


Ms. Juany

Lead Teacher, Pre-Primary

Ms. Juany comes to us from Venezuela and has over ten years of experience in education including teaching and directing special education programs and serving as a school administrator.


Ms. Esthefania

Lead Teacher, Pre-Primary

Ms. Esthefania was born and raised in Mexico City. She moved to Arizona at the age of 15 and learned English during high school. She started working at Casa Del Niño in September, 2013 as a Teacher’s Assistant for the Toddler class, and obtained her Montessori certificate in May 2016. She enjoys being a mother, traveling and spending time with her family.


Ms. Carolina

Lead Teacher, Primary II

Ms. Carolina was born and raised in Chile and is a native Spanish speaker. She had a sociology degree and she has her Montessori certification in Upper Elementary from American Montessori Center. She enjoys cooking, traveling, climbing, running and spend time with her family.


Ms. Pamela

Lead Teacher, Pre-Primary

Ms. Pamela moved to Arizona, from Mexico City, when she was nine years old. At Casa del Nino she teaches with her sister, Ms. Esthefania and the two make an amazing pair.  She has a new addition to her family, a puppy named Tiger.  In her free time she enjoys training and playing with him. She also loves spending time with her family and nephew.


Ms. Constanza

Lead Teacher, Primary I

Ms. Constanza is a licensed pediatrician in her home country, Venezuela. She currently works as a Teacher’s Assistant at the Dobson School with special-needs children.
