Join the Casa del Niño Family
1. Visit our school!
We invite you and your child for a tour and observation of each classroom. After please join our Director for a Q & A session to further explore the benefits of our bilingual Spanish Montessori program.
2. See if we are a good fit for each Other
We offer a trial day (optional) and/or a 30-day trial period after enrollment, that will better assess your child and the appropriateness of our unique program.
3. You Register And Pay The Security Or Enrollment Deposit Online!
To register, turn in the Enrollment Contract/Application (financial details and agreement, family
demographic information, family questionnaire, & permissions), and pay the $220 Yearly
Nonrefundable Application Fee online. From here, your child is considered “registered” and/or can
be added to the Waiting List.
PLEASE NOTE: Waiting list spots do not guarantee a specific start date. If you want to request a guaranteed future start date (available depending on enrollment and program status), you will be required to pay the Nonrefundable Tuition Deposit (see details below).
IF HOLDING A GUARANTEED FUTURE SPOT: Pay the Nonrefundable Tuition Deposit online. This deposit is 50% of
one month’s tuition, not including extended care, and it will be applied to your first invoice. This deposit does not apply for immediate start dates.
- $400 for half-day Primary students or 3-day Pre-Primary students
- $497.50 for 5-day Pre-Primary students
- $457.50 for full-day Primary students
- $407.50 for Elementary or Kindergarten students
The Tuition Deposit is nonrefundable.
4. Admissions Paperwork
Finish up and submit your First Day Questionnaire, Emergency Information Card, Updated Immunization Records, and/or the Arizona Religious Exemption Form.
5. Parent Handbook Meeting
On or before the child’s first day schedule you Parent Handbook meeting lets go over the schedule, rules and procedures, and get all of your questions answered!
6. Pay Your First Month's Tuition plus Annual Supply Fee
With your first month's tuition a Supply Fee of $125 (all students) and Copy Fee of $100 (elementary only) will be outlined on your invoice.
Parent Referral Program
Refer a new student to our school and when they enroll, receive $200 off your next tuition payment (or a $200 check if you have already paid the year in full)! Be sure to have them tell us that you referred them when they come in for a tour. Thank you in advance for sharing our school with your friends and family!
If the staff decides the environment is not serving the child’s needs, Casa del Niño reserves the right to terminate or deny enrollment at any time, or to deny re-enrollment for the next school year. Casa del Niño reserves the right to request additional trial visits before enrolling a child. To see more details about this process please reference our Parent Handbook.
